Functionality You Will Love

Initial Consulation

Your initial enquiry will be passed to one of our Surveyors who will contact you to arrange a convenient time to discuss your project requirements. As well as arranging a time to visit & measure the property, they will discuss your project with you in detail, how you would like to use the space and any design features that may be important to you. Above all, they will provide you with a fixed price quotation, clearly outlining what is & is not included within your price.

Planning

Once contracts have been signed, we will undertake a full measured survey of the property. Full design drawings will then be produced & once you're happy with them, submitted to your Local Authority for formal planning approval or Certificate of Lawful Development (depending on your property & proposed works). After the necessary approvals have been obtained, we will submit your project to Building Control to obtain your Initial Notice of works. Building Control will work directly for you, on your behalf, to ensure all works are undertaken correctly & up to standard.

Party Wall Agreements

Once. you have your design drawings, we require party wall agreements to be in place from each of your adjoining neighbours. These can be formal or informal agreements, we just require a signed copy from each applicable neighbour to be on file prior to start of works.

Project Building

Once all plans have been approved, Building Control has been submitted & all necessary party wall agreements are in place, we will advise you of the estimated start time in line with our schedule. We will then undertake an onsite set up meeting to finalise all necessary details prior to commencement of works. All our builds are carried out by our trusted teams to ensure continuity of quality control.

While a first floor extension is subject to formal planning consent from your Local Authority, it can be a great way to add a new bathroom to your home or extend a bedroom to create a master suite or just to add an extra bedroom or office!

Internal Home Refurbishments 

Whilst undertaking significant projects such as loft conversions or home extensions, it is always a good time to consider any other internal refurbishments such as renewing the old bathroom or redecorating bedrooms, hallways or other living spaces. Just let us know if you need any further works & we can cost these elements for you within our quotation.
